Where we shelve this film

Dystopia & paranoia

Oppressive societies, invisible control and the feeling that something is wrong.

Psychedelic & surreal

Dream logic, wild colours and images that ignore reality.

Our genre tags are curated classifications. These descriptions explain the shelf, not the film’s plot.

Our guide’s house opinion

FORM FOR IMPOSSIBLE DREAMS

Dystopia at a crooked dream address. The right file in the wrong cupboard.

An affectionate house opinion, not an audience score or an age rating.
